At Under the Tree Childcare Centre we are dedicated to staff success. We promote collaboration and open communication between all staff members. In our organizations, all voices are important and deserve to be heard. Our staff are the heart and soul of UTT, chosen because they align with the values of our agency, and so we have chosen to build off the knowledge, experience, and suggestions of staff. We welcome all staff to join in (optional) paid staff meetings to be able to voice their opinions on areas of the agency that need revision, to speak about their accomplishments, and to suggest new ideas.
